Our team has an increasing requirement for engaged, experienced and dedicated PCWs for ongoing, consistent rosters, to support our clients to live well, in the comfort of their own homes.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this important and rewarding work, you will have:
– Cert III in Personal Care/Aged Care/Community/Individual Support or Disability Services
– Senior First Aid Certificate & Unrestricted Drivers Licence
– Current Police Clearance (if you don’t have we will provide at no cost)
– Unrestricted Driver’s Licence
– NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
– An empathetic, patient and caring nature
– Exceptional communication skills & be able to build respectful relationships.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In the community team, you will enable our clients to live their best possible life by helping with everyday activities and assisting them to do the things they love. Every client is different, and tasks may include:
– Assistance with personal care (showering and dressing)
– Household cleaning and laundry
– Meal preparation
– Transport to and from appointments / shops
– Social support
– Medication prompts
– Providing respite for family
– Assisting with complex care needs.
Your responsibilities include:
– Service Delivery
– Relationship building
– Quality and compliance
– Client experience.
